Valuations across all risk assets have generally surpassed all-time highs, and real estate is no different. Real estate, especially U.S. real estate, has historically been one of the best performing asset classes, offering income, capital appreciation, inflation protection, and downside protection that comes from owning a real asset. But, the question remains, can this general outperformance against other investment options persist?
